Shipping Policy: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Risk of Loss: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
International Shipping: International shipping is not available at this time.

Return Policy: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-printed items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return and Refund Policy

At My Minifig Empire, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Terms of Return

Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

2. State of Return

Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all original contents (accessories, manuals, etc.).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-Printed Products: Due to their personalized nature, custom-printed items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Gift Cards
- Clearance or Final Sale Items

3. Reason for Return

Accepted Reasons:
- Defective Items: If the product is defective upon arrival.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered.

4. Process for Return

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at myminifigempire@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item, including all original packaging and materials. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the Item:
  - For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  - For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Process of Refund

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund within 3 business days.
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after approval.
Partial Refunds: May be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned after the 30-day return period.
Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply.

6. Exchanges

All Other Returns:
